We are seeking passionate Special Education Needs Teachers to join a community dedicated to transforming the lives of young people with SEND and SEMH needs. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact through flexible and trauma-informed teaching practices within schools and local authorities.

The Role

• Provide in-person, remote, and hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to pupils with SEND and SEMH needs (KS1-KS5).
• Plan and deliver flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring sessions to support referred pupils.
• Report on lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Work with local authorities and schools to support children and young people with diverse learning difficulties.
• Contribute to raising the standard of education for vulnerable young people.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or PMLD.
• Familiarity with teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
• Right to work in the UK.
