Retirement Service SME with Business Analyst Experience

No C2C, IC or 1099 candidates allowed for this position

Must be Direct W2 – Onsite 2 days per week for 6 months, then remote

Onsite – Hartford, CT

 Top 5 Technical Skills:

1. Must have Retirement Plan and Participant Administration Record Keeping Experience (SME)
2. Must be able to work 2 days a week in the Hartford offices
3. Experience with 403b and 401k administration knowledge
4. Strong understanding of Operational component loans, Hardship, ERISA, QDIA and Distributions
5. Any technical understanding of data systems a Plus
6. Business Analyst Experience

Job Description:

Client recently purchased an outside company.  The project is focused on understanding what acquired company does within their systems and bringing that into client's IT eco system.

Role on the Team:

This person must be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Retirement Plan and Participant Administration Record Keeping, who will be the Business Analyst for the project that is onboarding data and systems from the acquired company into client's IT ecosystem
