Job description:
Lead the test strategy and quality-control effort for Project Certification and Value Engineering, ensuring all user stories and acceptance criteria are covered through structured Gherkin-based scenarios, end-to-end and regression testing, UAT support, defect management, and release readiness.
Key Responsibilities :
  • Develop and maintain the overall test approach, test plan, story-to-test traceability, and release-quality checkpoints.
  • Translate user stories and acceptance criteria into test scenarios using Gherkin syntax.
  • Plan and execute functional, integration, system, end-to-end, regression, role/access, negative, and data-validation testing.
  • Lead testing of Project Certification bulk uploads, validation failures, partial/accepted processing behavior, processing history, and error messaging.
  • Validate workflow states including Draft, Submit, Acknowledge, Locked, and permitted post-acknowledgement updates.
  • Coordinate defects, retesting, regression impact, test evidence, and pass/fail results in Azure DevOps.
  • Support UAT preparation and execution with business users and technical teams.
  • Support production verification, Hypercare defect triage, stabilization evidence, and final quality reporting.
Minimum Requirements :
  • 5+ years of software testing / quality assurance experience in the specified domain.
  • Experience developing and testing test scenarios and testing using Gherkin syntax.
  • Strong experience with functional, integration, system, end-to-end, regression, and UAT support for enterprise applications.
  • Experience maintaining traceability between requirements/user stories, test scenarios, execution evidence, and defects.
  • Must be able to work onsite  3 days per week and remain dedicated through Hypercare.

Education / Certification Qualifications:
Minimum
  • 5+ years of directly relevant testing experience.
Desired
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; ISTQB, Agile testing, Azure DevOps, or related certifications are helpful but not required.
