Systems Administrator with Security Clearance

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Systems Administrator to join our team working in Silverdale, WA. This is an onsite position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues
• Modernize key infrastructure components
• Monitor system performance and report on risks/issues
• Research and recommend new approaches to improve the networked computer system
• Provide technical support as needed
• Document processes and procedures for customers to follow
• Ensure compliance with Risk Management Framework standards
• Availability outside of standard working hours to resolve emergency issues
• Travel up to 25% Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science degree in technical field
• 5+ years of System Administration or Engineering experience, including server-side technology and networked computing systems
• Must possess one of the following certifications: Microsoft MCSE, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Server+, and/or CompTIA Network+
• Must have prior experience with SQL and database operations

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS certification
• Experience with AWS cloud migration
• Skills collecting, organizing, and analyzing data
• Experience with business process engineering Clearance Requirements:
• Citizenship required and a current or active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility Physical Requirements:
• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
