Job description

Responsibilities • Define technical strategy for execution of large software programs (technical blueprints, design, interfaces, capability needs) • Communicate to senior management & customers to align software strategy with internal roadmaps and customer needs • Mentor engineering & development teams, perform design & code reviews • Closely collaborate with hardware development teams to develop test procedures, deploy software, & evaluate embedded performance • Evaluate & select tools, programming languages, frameworks • Manage technical & programmatic risk - prototype designs, develop mitigation strategies, communicate risks • Assure software meets standards & requirements for quality, reliability, performance, security, & usability Required Qualifications • BA/BS in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering • 10+ years experience with software development on DoW/IC programs • 5+ years experience with OPIR missions on DoW/IC programs • TS/SCI eligibility • Experience with Python and C/C++ • Experience with embedded software development

Preferred Qualifications • MA/MS in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering • Experience with Rust • Experience with FPGA architectures • Experience with AI/ML/agent workflows • Experience with detection & tracking algorithms Radiance Technologies is an
