Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Integration & Talend Lead to drive enterprise data integration and data management initiatives using Talend, Snowflake, and SQL. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience developing scalable data pipelines, implementing ETL/ELT solutions, performing data transformations, and integrating data across enterprise systems.

This role requires a technically strong professional who can independently develop integration solutions, troubleshoot complex data issues, optimize data pipelines, and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade data integration solutions using Talend.
  • Build scalable and reliable ETL/ELT pipelines to integrate data across multiple source and target systems.
  • Develop complex SQL queries, transformations, and data processing logic.
  • Design and implement data integration solutions leveraging Snowflake.
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, loading, validation, and reconciliation activities.
  • Analyze source and target data structures and develop accurate data mappings.
  • Develop, test, deploy, and support Talend jobs and workflows.
  • Troubleshoot data integration failures, data quality issues, and pipeline performance problems.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions for recurring issues.
  • Optimize Talend jobs, SQL queries, and Snowflake workloads for performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, data engineers, and application teams to understand integration requirements.
  • Support enterprise data migration and modernization initiatives.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, consistency, and availability across integrated platforms.
  • Monitor production data pipelines and resolve operational issues within defined timelines.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and production support activities.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, data mappings, integration specifications, and operational procedures.
  • Follow enterprise development, security, data governance, and quality standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of data integration architecture and development practices.

Required Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of experience in Data Integration, ETL, Data Engineering, Data Management, or a related field.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Talend.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake.
  • Advanced SQL development and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience designing and developing enterprise ETL/ELT solutions.
  • Strong understanding of data transformation, mapping, validation, and integration patterns.
  • Experience developing and supporting production-grade data pipelines.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical deliverables.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Atlanta, GA.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with large-scale enterprise data integration environments.
  • Experience optimizing Talend jobs and Snowflake workloads.
  • Knowledge of data quality, metadata, and data governance practices.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms.
  • Experience supporting data migration and modernization programs.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
