I’m recruiting for an EUC Engineer opportunity focused on MECM/SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and Virtual Desktop technologies. These are the top three skills the hiring team is screening for, with SCCM accepted as equivalent to MECM.

• Workplace Stack Proficiency: The role requires operational proficiency across a diverse set of EUC technologies. The individual in this role will be comfortable working in a dynamic environment and capable of handling various aspects of EUC operations, including:
• Endpoint management using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and Intune.
• Administration and troubleshooting of Microsoft 365 (M365) services and applications.
• Deployment and management of Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments.
• Support of VDI solutions, with experience in AVD.
• Active Directory (AD) and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) administration.
• Support for Exchange Online and On-Premises environments.
  Adaptability and Specialization: The role acknowledges that while a broad skill set is essential, there is also value in having deeper knowledge in specific areas. The individual will be adaptable and eager to broaden their expertise, even if they have a stronger background in certain technologies.
• Collaborative Problem-Solving: The individual will demonstrate a strong ability to work collaboratively with the EUC Architect and other team members to support solutions and resolve operational challenges.
• Continuous Learning: The role requires a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest EUC technologies. The individual should be proactive in acquiring new skills and certifications that align with the evolving needs of our EUC landscape.
