• Pune: Head of Department - Computer Science (1 Position)

We are seeking experienced and passionate IB Computer Science educators to join our growing academic team. The selected candidates will deliver high-quality teaching aligned with the IB curriculum. The Head of Department will also provide academic leadership, curriculum oversight, and faculty mentoring.

• Deliver engaging Computer Science lessons aligned with the IB curriculum.
• Develop lesson plans, assessments, and learning resources.
• Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback.
• Foster an engaging, inquiry-based learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery and student outcomes.
• Participate in school events, professional development, and academic planning.

Additional Responsibilities (HOD - Pune):

• Lead the Computer Science department and mentor faculty.
• Drive curriculum planning, academic quality, and departmental initiatives.
• Collaborate with school leadership on academic and staffing plans.

• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline (PhD preferred for HOD).
• IB Computer Science teaching experience is mandatory.
• Computer Science Faculty (Bengaluru): Minimum 3 years of relevant teaching experience.
• Head of Department (Pune): Minimum 8 years of teaching experience with prior academic leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills.
