A leading healthcare provider in Germany is seeking a skilled Haustechniker / Anlagenmechaniker to join their technical team. This role is crucial for maintaining the operational efficiency and safety of their facilities, ensuring a high standard of patient care.

The Role

• Perform continuous maintenance and repair work in plumbing, heating, and HVAC systems.
• Ensure legally compliant documentation of all maintenance activities and support CAFM system updates.
• Collaborate across different technical departments to support building maintenance activities.
• Provide expert technical support to other departments and external contractors for construction and maintenance projects.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to address urgent technical issues.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as an Anlagenmechaniker for Sanitary, Heating, and HVAC systems, or a similar qualification.
• Knowledge of relevant technical regulations and good IT skills; experience with CAFM systems is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical problems effectively.
• A proactive, team-oriented, and service-driven approach to work, with a willingness for further training.
• Several years of professional experience and a valid Class B driver's license.
