Position Summary:
Prestige Trucking Insurance is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to support the execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role is responsible for coordinating and implementing marketing campaigns across digital, print, and partner channels while ensuring brand consistency and message alignment.
The Marketing Specialist works closely with leadership, sales, and external vendors to support marketing strategy, track performance metrics, and continuously improve marketing effectiveness. The ideal candidate brings advanced marketing knowledge and expertise, demonstrated experience with marketing automation platforms and AI-powered workflows, and a proven ability to independently drive measurable outcomes across the full marketing stack. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, marketing execution experience, and a proactive, data-informed mindset.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Support the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, website, and print channels
Assist in creating, editing, and managing marketing content, including advertisements, brochures, email campaigns, website updates, and social media posts
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications
Coordinate marketing initiatives with sales, operations, and leadership to support growth objectives
Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics such as leads, engagement, and campaign effectiveness
Manage and update customer and prospect lists, CRM data, and marketing databases as needed
Assist with vendor coordination, including designers, printers, agencies, and digital marketing partners
Support event marketing efforts, including trade shows, industry events, and sponsorships
Conduct basic market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and campaign documentation
Support website management activities, including content updates and basic SEO optimizations
Ensure compliance with advertising regulations, insurance marketing guidelines, and company policies
Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, efficiency, and performance through data, automation, and feedback

Technology & Systems Proficiency– Familiarity with marketing tools, CRM systems, social media platforms, email marketing tools, and basic analytics software. Collaboration & Teamwork– Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and leadership to execute marketing initiatives. Attention to Detail & Quality– Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and professional presentation of all marketing materials. Minimum Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or related role, with demonstrated ability to work independently and drive measurable outcomes
Proven ability to execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, email, social media, and print) with specific, quantifiable results in leads, conversions, revenue, or engagement
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g.
HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or equivalent), including building workflows, drip sequences, and automated campaigns — not just sending emails
Experience leveraging AI tools to improve marketing efficiency, content production, or campaign outcomes (e.g.
ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, or similar)
Experience managing or contributing to paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, or equivalent) with accountability for performance metrics and budget
Experience with website content management systems (CMS), including content updates, basic SEO principles, and metadata optimization
Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms, with the ability to independently produce marketing assets
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create, edit, and optimize clear, professional, and conversion-focused marketing content
Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (e.g.
Google Analytics GA4, Looker Studio, or equivalent) and the ability to track, interpret, and report on campaign performance metrics
Experience in Search Engine Optimization, including on-page SEO, keyword research, and content structure improvements
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities with minimal oversight
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, leadership, and external vendors
High attention to detail, accuracy, and brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications
Professional demeanor with the ability to handle company and customer information with discretion and confidentiality
Preferred
Experience in the insurance industry, preferably trucking or commercial insurance
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar) and marketing automation tools
Experience supporting lead generation campaigns, sales enablement materials, or event marketing
Experience in AEO, automation, and leveraging AI to improve marketing outcomes
Understanding of advertising compliance, regulatory considerations, or industry-specific marketing guidelines
Demonstrated experience improving marketing processes, workflows, or campaign effectiveness through data and feedback
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Office-based with standard business hours
Occasional extended hours during campaign launches, events, or peak marketing periods
Limited travel may be required for industry events, trade shows, or vendor meetings
Standard business hours are from 9am-6pm.
