We’re a family-owned Northern Virginia company built on exceptional craftsmanship, outstanding customer service, and doing the job right the first time. We’re proudly independent, and we intend to stay that way: AllTech is not private equity-owned and will never be. We’re committed to competing on the strength of our people, service, and long-term investment in our community—not on short-term financial priorities.

We’re looking for experienced Plumbing Technicians who take pride in their work and know how to create an experience customers can trust.

What You’ll Do

As a Plumbing Technician, you’ll diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems while delivering exceptional service in every home.

You’ll:

  • Install and service fixtures, piping, water heaters, sump pumps, and water treatment systems

  • Clearly explain findings and solutions to homeowners

  • Provide recommendations that improve safety, reliability, and performance

  • Treat every customer and home with professionalism and respect

  • Deliver quality workmanship that reflects the AllTech standard

Excellence Through CARE

Our values guide how we work and how we serve:

  • Responsibility – Own your work and do what’s right.

  • Empathy – Listen, communicate, and put the customer first.

What You Bring

  • Experience with modern plumbing tools and systems

  • Excellent communication and customer-service skills

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in crawl spaces and tight areas

  • Pride in your work and a commitment to excellence

Why AllTech?

  • Family-owned and locally operated—independent today and committed to remaining so, with no private equity ownership

  • Competing through quality service, skilled people, and lasting relationships with customers and the community

  • Uncapped invoice profit sharing

  • Weekly pay via direct deposit

  • 50+ hours of paid training annually through AllTech Academy

  • 80% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • 80 hours PTO + 8 paid holidays, including your birthday

  • 401(k) with a true 4% company match

  • Tool account with discounts and zero interest

  • Paid certifications and tuition reimbursement

  • Clear opportunities for career advancement

Bring Your Best to AllTech
