Software Developer/Programmer with Security Clearance

Peerless Technologies is seeking four Mid to Senior-Level Full Stack Software Engineers to support complex defense and scientific applications in Albuquerque, NM and Dayton, OH. Engineers will develop and maintain mission-critical systems that combine scientific computation with modern web applications using C#, .NET 10, C++17, Blazor, and SQL Server 2022. Each position will share a common full-stack foundation while providing a specialized focus in database engineering, software testing, UI testing, or scientific computing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services and middleware using C# and .NET.
• Integrate high-performance C++ computational modules with .NET applications.
• Develop responsive web applications using Blazor and Radzen Components.
• Design data models, optimize queries, and manage data access using Entity Framework and SQL Server.
• Develop data visualization and plotting solutions using R.
• Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, testing, and Agile sprint planning.
• Apply specialized expertise to support project-specific database, QA, UI testing, or scientific computing requirements. Requirements
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience for Mid-Level candidates; 10+ years for Senior-Level candidates.
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET.
• Experience with relational database design and SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with modern frontend development, specifically Blazor.
• Working knowledge of C++ for performance-critical applications.
• Experience with R for data plotting and visualization.
• U.S. Secret or Top Secret security clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to work 100% on-site in either Albuquerque, NM or Dayton, OH.
