Description:

We are seeking an **AI Architect** with the vision and leadership potential to evolve into a **Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)** as our company grows. This individual combines deep AI expertise with a strong cybersecurity mindset and exceptional business acumen. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable designing AI platforms, securing AI systems, and presenting strategic recommendations to Fortune 100 executives and board members.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead enterprise AI architecture and strategy.
• Build secure, scalable AI and Generative AI solutions for production environments.
• Develop AI governance, security, and risk management frameworks.
• Partner with engineering, product, legal, and business teams to align AI initiatives with business objectives.
• Advise executive leadership and customers on AI strategy, cybersecurity, and responsible AI practices.
• Present technical concepts and business value to C-level executives and board members.
• Define AI security policies, compliance standards, and governance best practices.
• Serve as a strategic technology and security leader with the potential to grow into the CISO role.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in AI architecture, software architecture, or cloud engineering.
• Expertise in designing and deploying enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, RAG, AI agents, vector databases, and MLOps.
• Strong knowledge of AI security, cloud security, identity and access management, governance, and risk management.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud AI services.
• Excellent executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and communicate effectively with Fortune 100 executives and board members.
