Cloud Engineer

JD: Must Have Skills / Requirements
1) Basic IT Networking knowledge
a. 3+ years of experience; IP Configs, trace route, understanding of computers.
2) Basic understanding of Cloud
a. 3+ years of experience; AWS, or similar.
3) Remote troubleshooting
a. 3+ years of experience; SSH, Telnet, or RDP experience.

Nice to Have Skills / Preferred Requirements
1) Intermediate to advanced level Networking, SAN, and/or other relevant training courses a plus
2) Knowledge of networking, firewalls, routers, Active Directory & load balancers.
3) Working knowledge of MPEG-4 encoders, MPEG Transport Stream analyzers and satellite transmission equipment
4) Preferred IT certification ex. CCNA, MCP, CompTIA A+/Network+, AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate, VMware Associate or equivalent are also a plus.
5) Preferred understanding of broadcast automation systems.
6) Demonstrated knowledge of serial digital broadcast equipment and measurement equipment.
