The Role • Assist store management with core store operations and developing sales associates. • Drive the achievement of store and personal sales goals to meet and exceed performance standards. • Train and develop a successful sales team, providing coaching and ensuring adherence to company policies. • Supervise and manage all aspects of daily store operations and loss prevention in the absence of store management. • Foster a fun, full-service customer experience, effectively resolving customer issues. • Communicate store needs and operational requirements to store management.
