Graduate Design Engineer, Structural Engineering

Our employee-owned and multi-disciplined team of engineering and design professionals has an exciting opportunity for you to join our Mining Structural team as a Graduate Design Engineer!

As a member of our team, you will work alongside structural engineers and designers to assist with the analysis, design, and detailing of structural systems for mining and heavy industrial facilities. You will contribute to the development of plans, design calculations, specifications, and construction details for steel, concrete, and foundation systems that support processing equipment, material handling systems, platforms, buildings, and other industrial structures.

In addition to working alongside structural engineering professionals, you will collaborate within a multi-disciplined environment with mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering teams to design integrated plant and building systems for heavy industrial sectors, including mining, mineral processing, aggregate, and metals. You may also assist with construction administration responsibilities, including reviewing submittals, interpreting plans, observing construction progress, and helping verify that work aligns with project plans and specifications.
