RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking a Technical Recruiter.
Summary:
We're looking for a skilled Recruiter who thrives on the challenge of finding hard-to-find talent and building trusted relationships. In this role, you'll manage full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver top talent. You'll own everything from sourcing and screening to closing candidates-all while creating a positive, seamless experience for everyone involved.
Duties:
* Lead full-cycle recruiting for mid-level roles, from intake to offer
* Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft effective sourcing strategies
* Identify and engage top talent through advanced sourcing techniques-Boolean, social media, networking, and creative outreach
* Build and maintain strong pipelines for hard-to-fill and niche roles
* Screen candidates for both skills and culture fit
* Facilitate structured interviews and support consistent hiring decisions
* Negotiate offers aligned with compensation benchmarks and candidate expectations
* Contribute to diversity hiring efforts and inclusive recruitment practices
* Support employer branding through compelling job postings and social presence
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree
* Prior experience, ideally at agency and corporate
* Passion for sourcing and a proven ability to find and engage hard-to-reach talent
* Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers, candidates, and peers
* Experience with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS systems)
* Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills
* Commitment to delivering great experiences for candidates and stakeholders alike
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
