Business Processes Senior Consultant (f/m/d) for Global Delivery Hub MEE

What you’ll build

As a Business Process Senior Consultant in our Global Delivery Hub MEE, you will play a pivotal role in helping energy utility customers across Germany and the Middle & Eastern Europe (MEE) region adopt and leverage SAP S/4HANA Utilities. You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through the transformation from legacy systems to the next-generation SAP platform.
A key focus of your work will be the Measurement Concept Management (MCM) solution, a cloud component of the SAP Cloud for Utilities Foundation. You will design, configure, and optimize MCM-based processes to enable customers to manage their metering and measurement data efficiently in a cloud-native environment.
Beyond MCM, you will apply your business process expertise to discover, model, analyze, and optimize end-to-end utility business processes. You will leverage AI-powered process mining tools to identify automation opportunities and drive data-driven process improvements. By crafting compelling customer value propositions, you will demonstrate how SAP solutions address the unique challenges of the energy sector — from regulatory compliance to grid modernization and the energy transition.

 

What you bring

We are looking for a professional on a senior level who combines deep SAP Utilities domain knowledge with strong consulting and interpersonal skills. You bring:

• Proven ability to discover, model, analyze, measure, improve, and optimize business processes using established methodologies.
• Experience implementing business process automation to streamline operations, increase efficiency, and reduce manual tasks.
• Ability to craft compelling customer value propositions that differentiate offerings, attract and retain customers, and drive business growth through effective stakeholder communication and collaboration.
• Expertise in examining, understanding, and improving workflows and procedures, employing techniques such as process mapping, data collection, and performance measurement to identify inefficiencies and areas for optimization.
• Ability to leverage AI-powered process mining tools to discover, analyze, and optimize business processes, identify automation opportunities, and design improvements using data-driven insights.
• Hands-on experience using agentic AI tools in daily consulting work.
• Expertise in context engineering, AI-accelerated automation and prototyping, and validating the quality and reliability of AI-generated outputs.
• Proven ability to drive AI adoption across organizations while building trust with customers and stakeholders and consistently meeting their needs.
• Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence to effectively navigate complex multi-stakeholder environments.
• Ability to analyze complex challenges and develop practical, innovative solutions.
• Significant consulting experience in the energy and utilities industry, ideally with SAP IS-U and/or SAP S/4HANA Utilities.
• Deep working knowledge of Measurement Concept Management (MCM) as a cloud component of SAP Cloud for Utilities Foundation.
• Fluent in English and a professional German language skill is mandatory.
