Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Manage and maintain configuration management data, application portfolio information, and enterprise IT service management processes.
2. Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reports to monitor application health, data quality, operational metrics, and technology lifecycle status.
3. Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to improve configuration governance, system relationships, and process automation.
4. Identify risks, recommend process improvements, and support governance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across enterprise applications.

 

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	5+ years of experience in IT service management, configuration management, application portfolio management, or enterprise systems analysis.
Technical Skills	ServiceNow, CMDB, IT Service Management (ITSM), Configuration Management, Data Governance, Dashboard Reporting, Scripting, Cybersecurity
Business / Domain Skills	Application Portfolio Management, Process Improvement, Stakeholder Collaboration, Data Analysis, Governance & Compliance, Technical Documentation
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

 

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience supporting enterprise ITSM, CMDB, and application portfolio management initiatives.
2. Knowledge of automation, reporting, configuration governance, and enterprise technology lifecycle management.
3. Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
