The Andre Valcin Farmers Insurance Agency has tremendous potential as a top agency in District 44-14 and is looking for friendly, dedicated professionals to join our amazing team as a Full-Time Insurance Producer.

You will be ensuring that your clients have the coverage they need while offering additional products that may be beneficial to their goals.

Offering $2,000 a month base salary plus 10% commission

• Active Georgia Property and Casualty General Lines license required

• Minimum 2 years Insurance Sales Experience

• Track Record of Success, be prepared to discuss your numbers (calls a day and close ratio)

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.

• Process customer policy change requests.

• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.

• Handle all incoming calls from customers and follow-up.

• Make outbound sales calls on provided leads

• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.

• Document each customer contact into Data
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.

• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
