Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Zendesk Consultant to lead customer service platform implementations and optimization initiatives. The consultant will work directly with customers to gather requirements, configure solutions, and drive adoption across support organizations.

Key Responsibilities

·       Implement and optimize Zendesk solutions.

·       Configure workflows, automations, and reporting.

·       Gather and document business requirements.

·       Design customer support processes and workflows.

·       Support enterprise application integrations.

·       Provide platform administration and governance recommendations.

·       Serve as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

·       Deep hands-on Zendesk implementation experience.

·       Strong understanding of customer support operations.

·       Experience with Zendesk configuration and administration.

·       Strong reporting and analytics expertise.

·       Experience integrating Zendesk with enterprise applications.

·       Excellent client-facing communication skills.

·       Ability to independently manage engagements.
