The Role • Contribute to the organization and daily structuring of the psychiatric unit for children and adolescents. • Engage in co-therapeutic sessions, reinforcing themes from individual and group therapies. • Provide crucial crisis intervention and support during acute situations. • Lead therapeutic groups focusing on areas such as relaxation techniques, mindfulness, social skills, and coping strategies. • Work within a dedicated team to ensure a supportive and structured environment for young patients. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as an Educator (Erzieher), Residential Care Worker (Heimerzieher), or Educational Therapist (Heilerziehungspfleger). • Experience in psychiatry or residential care for individuals in group living settings is beneficial but not mandatory. • Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. • A respectful, professional, and empathetic approach towards patients and their families. • A proactive attitude with an interest in professional development and new challenges.
