42,000 pa basic salary + Bonus + Car + Laptop

About You
You have at least 4 years Sales experience. You are happy to meet small to medium size businesses and can adjust your approach, depending on the type of person you are dealing with. You must be good with administrative paperwork, email, word, excel. You live near or inside the Home Counties. You must have a valid driving license. You do not need to have any Accountancy or Tax knowledge. Everything you need to know, will be given in the training period.

About Us
We are Doshi & Co Accountants, based in Croydon, London, CR0 2LX. We have been established since 1999. We employ 30 people in England and 500 in India. We offer a wide range of accounting services.

We specialise is the small business sector, where businesses have annual sales of 100,000 to 500,000. Our fees range from 700 to 10,000 per year. We currently sign 30 new clients every month, and have been doing so for the last 18 years.

Your Role
You are to find businesses who are unhappy with their Accountant and create appointments for yourself. We will also provide appointments for you to visit potential clients. You will be reporting on a daily basis at the end of each working day via email, outlining your day. Once a client joins that you had signed, you will need to meet the client once every 3 months to ensure they are happy with the services, and can therefore ask for referrals. Maintaining clients will help towards bonuses / targets.

You will have a basic salary of 42,000 plus a Car, Phone, Laptop and an uncapped bonus structure will be in place each year.

The first 5 to 8 working days will be training at our office in London. We are not going to train you to be an accountant, the role is primarily sales. You will be taught everything you need to know.

Start Dates
We are looking for candidates to start in February 2027. We will be holding interviews in November 2026.
