In this critical role, you’ll work closely with lenders and leadership to assess creditworthiness, evaluate financial risks, and ensure our lending decisions align with sound business practices and regulatory requirements. Whether you're in the office, hybrid, or working remotely (within driving distance), you'll be a vital part of the team ensuring the financial health of our commercial portfolio.

A
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
~5 - 7 years of banking (highly preferred) or accounting experience, with a working knowledge of loan review procedures and current lending regulations.
~ Proven ability to analyze and interpret financial statements with precision and clarity.
~ Clear and professional communication skills —you're comfortable explaining complex financial data to internal stakeholders.
~ Local to Central PA / Northern MD region and able to travel to the Gettysburg, PA office when needed.
