Healthcare QA Manager- "Medical Insurance experience is Mandatory"

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare QA Manager with experience in the medical insurance industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA, offshore management, and healthcare. This role will involve coordinating offshore teams, ensuring quality assurance processes are in place, and focusing on medical insurance.

Responsibilities:

·         Manage and oversee the QA process for healthcare projects

·         Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure quality standards are met

·         Develop and implement QA policies and procedures

·         Focus on medical insurance industry standards and regulations

·         Conduct manual testing and analysis of healthcare systems

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality assurance processes

·         Provide leadership and guidance to QA team members

·         Monitor and report on QA metrics and KPIs

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a QA Manager in the healthcare industry
• Strong understanding of medical insurance processes and regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to coordinate with offshore teams effectively
• Experience in manual testing and analysis

Preferred:

·         Certification in QA or related field

·         Experience with offshore management

·         Knowledge of industry best practices and trends

·         Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
