The Role

  • Lead and direct the Inside Sales team, focusing on efficient operations, customer relationships, and revenue growth.
  • Set individual sales quotas, track performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Oversee inbound and outbound sales activities to maximize efficiency and revenue.
  • Provide daily oversight, coaching, and mentorship to inside sales account executives.
  • Facilitate ongoing training programs for Account Executives to enhance consultative selling and relationship management skills.
  • Act as an escalation point for customer concerns, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

What You'll Need

  • Associate degree in business or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3 years of sales experience.
  • 2 years of supervisory experience in a call center or inside sales environment.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships that drive business growth.
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms, with Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
