Validation Engineer

Join a dynamic quality assurance team supporting validation activities for SAP S/4HANA, integrations, and data migration initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to help shape validation strategy, strengthen testing automation, and contribute to high-impact enterprise systems work in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities

• Develop validation plans, test strategies, and test scripts for SAP S/4HANA, integrations, and data migration efforts.
• Build and maintain automation assets using Tricentis tools such as qTest, Tosca, Vera, and NeoLoad.
• Support requirements review, risk assessments, and traceability matrix creation to align testing with project needs.
• Execute system, integration, data migration, and user acceptance testing activities.
• Partner closely with SAP subject matter experts and implementation teams to resolve issues and support readiness.
• Contribute to validation readiness and help ensure work aligns with GxP expectations and CSA principles.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in SAP validation or ERP system validation.
• Ability to translate business and technical requirements into effective validation assets.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Tricentis or similar platforms.
• Working knowledge of validation lifecycle activities for large enterprise systems.
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA programs or related implementation projects.
• Experience with CSA methodologies and GxP compliance requirements.
