Job Description

Patient Management Specialist | Rosenheim, Germany | Hybrid We're hiring for a leading national hospital group, recognized as the largest family-owned enterprise in the German hospital sector, dedicated to patient well-being through comprehensive care across 17 clinics and numerous outpatient facilities. Join a central support team of approximately 300 professionals who manage non-medical operations, ensuring seamless patient recovery and health. The Role • Actively participate in central patient management, supporting organizational and administrative processes. • Handle the billing of inpatient hospital services, including DRG, PEPP, and rehabilitation areas. • Provide support to decentralized patient management departments within the group, ensuring smooth collaboration. • Contribute to the efficient operation of administrative functions, aiding in the overall patient care process. What You'll Need • A completed commercial apprenticeship. • Ideally, experience with hospital systems such as Orbis, Medico, and SAP. • Preferably, prior experience in inpatient patient billing. • High levels of commitment, responsibility, flexibility, and resilience. • Proactive, structured work style with the ability to maintain an overview in challenging situations. • Professional and service-oriented approach when interacting with various stakeholders.
