The Role • Actively participate in central patient management, supporting organizational and administrative processes. • Handle the billing of inpatient hospital services, including DRG, PEPP, and rehabilitation areas. • Provide support to decentralized patient management departments within the group, ensuring smooth collaboration. • Contribute to the efficient operation of administrative functions, aiding in the overall patient care process. What You'll Need • A completed commercial apprenticeship. • Ideally, experience with hospital systems such as Orbis, Medico, and SAP. • Preferably, prior experience in inpatient patient billing. • High levels of commitment, responsibility, flexibility, and resilience. • Proactive, structured work style with the ability to maintain an overview in challenging situations. • Professional and service-oriented approach when interacting with various stakeholders.
