Oracle ERP Solution Architect with deep expertise supporting government and defense clients

Defense client Experience Must

We are seeking an Oracle ERP Solution Architect with deep expertise supporting government and defense clients. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience across financial modules (Financials, Procurement, Project Portfolio Management, Supply Chain) and understands the unique compliance demands of federal and DoD contracting environments.

Key Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Defense contracts and the implication of the same in ERP finance implementations. Exposure to Oracle ERP processes is preferred although not mandatory.
• Familiarity with DCAA (Defense Contract Audit Agency), DCMA, FAR/DFARS, and CMMC frameworks
• Experience architecting ERP solutions for government contract types (cost-plus, FFP, T&M) including compliance requirements, especially for DoD
• Can track appropriations, reimbursable projects, and fund balances, with full accounting for federal project funding
• Ability to support federal accounting standards like FAR, G-Invoicing, and FISMA/FISOG for compliant billing and auditability.
• Demonstrated ability to lead business process workshops, solution design sessions, and executive stakeholder engagements, while collaborating effectively across large cross-functional teams; willingness to travel as required to support key project milestones and client engagements.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to translate regulatory requirements into functional/technical designs
• Prior experience with defense contractors or federal agencies in a must
• Active or eligible security clearance a plus

This role involves leading solution design, ensuring regulatory alignment, and guiding implementation teams to deliver compliant, scalable ERP solutions for government-sector clients.
