Job description:

Our client is seeking a motivated Investment Advisor who enjoys meeting people, developing new business, and helping clients achieve their financial goals. Working under the banks trust powers, you will have autonomy to build your own portfolio of clients. You will work with the branch network and use community involvement to gain referrals of potential customers.

You have access to established ETF models and third-party separately managed accounts (SMAs), along with investment support from an in-house CFA who manages fixed-income investments. This lets you focus on developing new business, building lasting client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

  • Three to five years of experience in investment sales or financial services.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate new business and build client relationships.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Familiarity with investment products, managed accounts, ETFs, and fixed annuities.
  • Insurance license required; securities licenses are not required.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • A self-motivated, outgoing personality with an interest in networking and community involvement.
Why is This a Great Opportunity:

If you enjoy building relationships, growing a business, and helping clients achieve their financial goals, this position may be for you. Join the wealth management department of a community bank known for its commitment to personalized service and strong community relationships.

You will serve the North Texas Region located around Lake Texoma, part of the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX-OK combined statistical area. It is located about 60 miles north of Dallas. Sherman offers small-town charm, a low cost of living, and proximity to Lake Texoma, one of the country's largest reservoirs.
