Job Title : IT Project Manager-SAP

Location: Greensboro, NC (4 Days Onsite in a week)

Employment Type: Full Time

Required Skills:

5 Years of Project Manager experience.
PM certification is not required, but a definite plus. But a successful demonstrable experience is a must.
SAP Modules SD, MM, LE and interfaces with External Warehouse and other systems
SAP ECC : Current Project : Mid~Large size project involving a live system
PMP/PMI-ACP requirement
Tooling (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, SAP Solution Manager / Cloud ALM, ServiceNow): MS Project, Jira

Responsibilities:

Coordinate cross-functional project teams, SAP functional and technical resources, infrastructure, security, testing teams, external vendors, and business subject-matter experts to maintain alignment and delivery accountability.
Maintain integrated project plans and track actions, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, decisions, and change requests; escalate items requiring leadership direction and follow through to closure.
clear project status reports covering accomplishments, upcoming milestones, schedule health, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and required management actions.
Facilitate project meetings, requirements workshops, design reviews, testing checkpoints, readiness reviews, cutover planning sessions, and post-launch stabilization meetings; document decisions, owners, and due dates.
Coordinate SIT and UAT planning, test readiness, execution progress, defect triage, business sign-off, deployment readiness, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and transition to support.
