Compensation

$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities:
Meet with qualified buyers and sellers
Conduct buyer consultations and listing appointments
Provide market insights, CMAs, and pricing recommendations
Present and negotiate offers and contracts
Guide clients from consultation to closing
Use CRM tools for leads, follow-up, and communication
Follow proven sales systems and processes
Deliver exceptional service and generate referrals and repeat business
Qualifications:
Active Virginia Real Estate License required
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven
Professional, confident, and client-focused
Team-oriented and committed to career growth
Coachable and willing to follow proven sales systems
Real estate sales experience preferred, but not required
