Software Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer with strong expertise in software development, testing, and system integration. The ideal candidate will have experience across the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment, with hands on skills in Python, Java, and C#, and a solid foundation in Functional and Automation Testing. The role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions while following Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities :

• 4+ years of experience in software design, development, and testing.
• Experienced in Functional Testing, Automation Testing, and SapTesting.
• Proficient in software coding, system integration, documentation, and maintenance.
• Skilled in application integration (like BizTalk) and UI/UX design principles.
• Hands on experience with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum practices, sprint planning, and Jira/Confluence tools.
• Proficient in source code management tools (Git, GitHub, GitLab, BitBucket) and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent understanding of test driven development and regression testing.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail and quality.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities with experience mentoring junior developers.
• Adept at requirement gathering, stakeholder communication, and translating business needs into technical deliverables.
• Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and apply automation to reduce manual efforts.
• Experience in software release management, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Excellent documentation and reporting capabilities throughout the SDLC.
