Role: SAP Compliance / PLM Solution Architect
Location: Charlotte, NC 28202 / Remote with 50% Travel
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Experience: 12+ Years
Rates: $80-90/hr. C2C / $70-80/Hr W2

Required Skills:

8+ years of experience in Product Compliance, Solution Architecture, PLM, or Enterprise Applications.
Strong understanding of global product compliance regulations.
Experience with Product Compliance Management and regulatory data.
Experience with PLM platforms such as:
- PTC Windchill
- Siemens Teamcenter
- Dassault ENOVIA
- Agile PLM
Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, etc.
Strong experience with system integration and enterprise architecture.
Experience with solution architecture, data modeling, API integration, and PLM/ERP integration.
Understanding of supplier compliance and material declaration processes.
Experience with cloud platforms and data integration technologies is preferred.
TOGAF or Solution Architecture certification is preferred.

Regulatory data traceability across product development and supply chain systems.

Responsibilities:

Define end-to-end solution architecture for Product Compliance processes.
Design scalable solutions supporting regulatory compliance requirements.
Evaluate and recommend technology platforms, integrations, and data models.
Lead architecture reviews and ensure adherence to enterprise standards.
Interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into system and business process requirements.
Partner with Regulatory, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, IT, Supply Chain, and Business stakeholders.
Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and solution design sessions.
Act as the technical advisor for compliance transformation initiatives.
Present solution roadmaps to business and leadership teams.
Design integrations between PLM, ERP, Compliance Management, and Supplier Management systems.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, governance, and traceability of compliance data.
Support master data management and reporting requirements.
Lead solution implementation projects from requirements gathering through deployment.
Support testing, validation, UAT, and go-live activities.
Provide technical guidance to development teams and system analysts.
