They are seeking a skilled technology recruiter to join their corporate headquarters and drive strategic talent acquisition for critical IT roles, partnering closely with IT leadership.

The Role

• Lead strategic searches and develop sourcing strategies to attract top active and passive IT candidates.
• Partner with IT leaders and HR to understand talent needs, define qualifications, and extend competitive offers.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies to inform and shape hiring strategies.
• Ensure a positive and "legendary" candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop competitive organizational charts to guide talent acquisition decisions.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in recruiting and sourcing top talent, with a focus on technology roles.
• Proven ability to navigate recruitment challenges with a positive and driven attitude.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills to engage with hiring leaders, candidates, and partners.
• Deep understanding of the technology landscape and ability to translate technical needs into effective recruitment strategies.
