Job Description
Local Service Manager - Community Mental Health (Townsville). Permanent full time (76h / fortnight) with travel to Cairns and Agnes Waters. Responsible for line management, program delivery and quality assurance across multiple Community Mental Health programs.
Responsibilities- Work within quality and risk frameworks to ensure high quality services and protect client confidentiality.
- Manage program budgets, support budget planning and maintain accurate financial oversight.
- Oversee client information systems, ensuring accurate case recording, reporting and assessments within time frames.
- Drive best practice standards and implement quality assurance frameworks to improve service outcomes.
- Lead, supervise, build capacity and foster a positive, high performing multidisciplinary team culture.
- Hold a tertiary qualification (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Counseling) or equivalent experience (minimum 5years) in children and families services.
- Demonstrated experience in team and financial management, quality compliance and supervision.
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative partnerships with stakeholders.
- Valid Queensland driver's licence and Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
- $63.13p/h plus super, NFP salary packaging and flexible work arrangements.
