We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Roadside Technician to join a leading organization dedicated to keeping the UK's drivers moving. The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics.
• Provide emergency breakdown support to members across the UK.
• Handle a variety of issues including battery, tyre changes, and complex fault-finding.
• Deliver quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members in need.
• Operate from home, starting and ending your day on your driveway.
• Tackle diverse roadside challenges with technical expertise and outstanding service.

What You'll Need

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A strong customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and think on your feet.
• Willingness to be an ambassador for the brand.
