Fulfillment Picker/Packer

We're hiring a Fulfillment Picker/Packer for our 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) team in Strasburg, OH. This position is responsible for picking, packing, palletizing, labeling, loading, and shipping customer orders while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and accuracy. Kleen Test Products is looking for a dependable and safety-focused Fulfillment Picker/Packer to join our Strasburg team. In this role, you will help ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time while maintaining high quality standards and a safe, organized work environment.

What You'll Do

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials and finished goods
• Label, palletize, stack, and prepare products for shipment
• Load and unload trucks safely
• Follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory practices
• Complete required paperwork accurately and timely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
• Assist with waste removal and general warehouse housekeeping
• Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures
• Support on-time, in-full (OTIF) customer order fulfillment goals

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
• Occasionally lift heavier items with assistance or equipment
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying noise levels and around moving equipment

Work Environment

• Warehouse and distribution environment
• Exposure to moving machinery and powered industrial equipment
• Required use of safety glasses and other PPE as needed
