About the Role

Change Management Consultant

Client - AmeriHealth
Location - 3 days/week on-site in Newtown Square, PA
Duration - 6-9+ month straight contract
Comp - $70-75/hr C2C MAX
Work Status - USC

Position Description:
Lead organizational readiness activities to support a large-scale healthcare interoperability initiative.
Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.
Design and deliver training programs to drive user adoption and process compliance.
Partner with business and technology teams to implement regulatory and operational changes.
Manage change impacts, adoption risks, and readiness assessments.
Support successful transition and long-term sustainability of new processes and workflows.
Required Skills:
10+ years of change management experience
Healthcare payer experience
Organizational change management methodology (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, etc.)
Stakeholder engagement and executive communication
Training development and delivery
Business process redesign
Organizational readiness assessments
Regulatory compliance program experience
Strong facilitation and presentation skills
Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives
Bonus Skills:
Change Management certification (Prosci or equivalent)
PMP certification
Healthcare interoperability experience
FHIR/API knowledge
Prior authorization or utilization management experience
Provider engagement experience
Member/customer experience initiatives
SOP and job aid development
Bachelor's degree in a related field
