Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive ITIL Availability Management initiatives across enterprise applications.
  • Monitor and improve service availability and operational reliability.
  • Analyze and report service metrics including:
    • Service Availability
    • SLA Compliance
    • MTTR
    • MTBF
    • MTTD
  • Incident and Problem Trends
  • Develop executive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
  • Collaborate with Infrastructure, Application, and Operations teams to improve production stability.
  • Participate in Major Incident Management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Continual Service Improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years of ITSM / IT Operations experience
  • ITIL Foundation (v3 or ITIL 4)
  • Strong Availability Management experience
  • Incident, Problem, and Change Management
  • ServiceNow
  • Power BI
  • Tableau
  • SQL
  • Executive reporting and stakeholder management
  • Experience supporting enterprise production environments
