Ensuring our team are paid well is our priority, We pay for all the time you spend with clients Plus travel and waiting time plus Mileage!!! All training and supervisions are also paid.

Become a Home Care Assistant with Home Instead today!
Driving and having access to your own vehicle is essential to this role.
You do not need any experience or qualifications- candidates join our team from a range of backgrounds using the many transferable skills they have gained throughout their lives. Our awarding winning training will enhance your knowledge.
As a Home Care Assistant, you will provide a variety of services including but not limited to:
- Meal preparation
- Light housework
- Taking clients on various outings
- Companionship
- Personal Care
Pay and benefits:.
- Permanent contracts
- Paid travel and wait time between visits
- Paid double time on bank holidays
- Paid mileage
- Paid training
- Minimum 1-hour visits
- Private health care and Employee assistance programme and pension scheme.
