The Role

• Lead and coach a team of Outside Sales Representatives selling home security and automation solutions.
• Manage daily activities for the local sales team, including interviewing, hiring, training, and motivating representatives.
• Spend approximately 70% of your time in the field conducting ride-alongs, supporting new hires, and coaching sales reps.
• Dedicate approximately 30% of your time to office-based responsibilities, including lead management and sales auditing.
• Set the tone for team success through strong leadership and by leading from the front.

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of outside sales experience; supervisory experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate others effectively.
• Proficiency in using technical devices like laptops and tablets for sales activities.
• A reliable personal vehicle for travel within assigned territories.
