The Role

• Lead complex psychotherapeutic treatments and provide chief physician responsibility for assigned patients.
• Oversee diagnostic and therapeutic processes to ensure high standards of care aligned with current guidelines.
• Manage and mentor multidisciplinary teams, fostering a positive and collaborative interdisciplinary environment.
• Supervise and support training candidates to foster their professional and personal development.
• Contribute to the hospital's reputation as a center of excellence in psychosomatic care.

What You'll Need

• Board certification in Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy, and/or Psychiatry and Psychotherapy.
• Proven experience in treatment leadership and chief physician responsibilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills within a multidisciplinary setting.
• A strong interest in specializing further in areas such as personality disorders, ADHD, OCD, or PTSD.
• Empathy, initiative, and excellent communication skills.
