Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter 

Location: Lehi, UT or Provo, UT office (in office, full time)

Position Overview  

The Talent Acquisition Partner manages full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions and supports Serenity’s continued growth. This hands-on, mid-level role is responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, building talent pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and moving qualified candidates efficiently through the hiring process.  

Key Responsibilities  

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions from sourcing through offer  
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs  
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, direct outreach, and other recruiting channels  
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess experience, communication, motivation, and alignment with the role  
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and hiring priorities  
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams  
  • Maintain accurate candidate activity and recruiting data within the applicant tracking system  
  • Deliver a positive, professional, and responsive candidate experience  
  • Identify opportunities to improve sourcing, candidate flow, and hiring efficiency  

Qualifications  

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience  
  • Experience proactively sourcing candidates rather than relying exclusively on inbound applications  
  • Experience managing multiple open positions simultaneously  
  • Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills  
  • Ability to build productive relationships with hiring managers  
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and common recruiting tools  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills  
  • Ability to work with urgency in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment  
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, Workable, or similar platforms preferred
