AI Enablement Intern

Support responsible enterprise AI adoption by documenting use cases, gathering user feedback, analyzing adoption and impact, developing enablement materials, and testing AI workflows. Collaborate with IT and business teams to help employees use AI tools safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Document enterprise AI use cases, objectives, stakeholders, user needs, and expected outcomes.
• Interview and gather feedback from IT and business users to identify needs and improve AI adoption.
• Analyze usage data and employee feedback to measure program adoption and impact.
• Create dashboards, charts, guides, FAQs, demonstrations, and other AI enablement communications.
• Test AI solutions, prompts, and workflows; document effective practices, limitations, and risks.
• Communicate project findings and promote responsible AI use to technical and nontechnical audiences.
