Position: Azure Architect

Location: Remote

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 7+ years of experience.
• Must have 3+ years Azure Administration experience.
• Knowledge on key Azure services, including Jenkins, Terraform, Github, Azure Web Services, Kubernetes, Azure Devops, Key Vault, DNS, Identity Services, Front Door, Traffic Manager, Azure Monitor, App Insights, and Network Watcher.
• Should have 5+ years System Administration experience with Windows and Unix
• Strong understanding of Linux systems administration, maintenance and security
• Strong understanding of Windows systems administration, maintenance and security
• Should have General auditing/troubleshooting experience on all levels (network, Linux, software, hardware)
• Candidate should have Day-to-day troubleshooting of application and database connectivity problems.
• Proactive application monitoring and trouble resolution.
• Hands on with Report writing in support of service level agreement reporting requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Process and procedure documentation for contractual required documentation, including an operations manual for ongoing support of the environment.
• Knowledge of Network Administration (Firewall, ACLs/NAT, design, upgrades, security)
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP and networking fundamentals
• Working knowledge of scripting and automation tools like Python/Shell/Perl,
• Experience managing high availability virtual environments utilizing VMWare,
• Experience with and willingness to support 24x7 production environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving complex billing issues.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
