Job Summary

Seeking experienced Project Managers to lead PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and Engineering Systems initiatives. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, driving PLM enhancements and implementations, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead PLM and Engineering Systems projects from planning through deployment.
• Coordinate business, engineering, IT, QA, and vendor teams.
• Manage project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Oversee SIT, UAT, deployment, cutover, and post-go-live activities.
• Communicate project status, drive stakeholder alignment, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Support process improvements and change management initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional enterprise projects.
• Experience supporting PLM or Engineering Systems implementations/enhancements.
• Strong expertise in project planning, risk management, testing, deployment, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
