Hiring: Staff Backend Engineer | Distributed Systems

We are looking for a highly experienced Staff Backend Engineer with12+ years of software engineering experience in designing and building scalable backend services and distributed systems.
 Key Skills & Technologies:

• Python, FastAPI or equivalent backend frameworks
• Apache Kafka & event-driven architectures
• Microservices, REST APIs & distributed systems
• AWS / Azure, Docker & Kubernetes
• PostgreSQL, Redis & NoSQL databases
• System design, scalability, performance & fault tolerance
• Asynchronous programming & concurrent systems
• CI/CD, observability & production reliability
• Strong experience with API design and service architecture
• Experience with Go, Java, or other backend technologies is a plus

 Ideal Candidate: A Staff-level engineer who has architected and delivered complex backend services, distributed systems, and highly scalable production infrastructure.

Experience: 8+ years, with strong hands-on engineering, system design, technical leadership, and end-to-end ownership.
