Job Title: Senior Analyst – Data Quality & Automation (Material Master)

Location: Hybrid - Raritan ,NJ
Employment Type: W2 Only

Key Responsibilities

Perform data profiling, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and quality assessments across enterprise systems.
Identify, investigate, and resolve data quality issues while performing root cause analysis.
Support automation initiatives using Power Automate, Python, RPA, ETL, or similar technologies to improve operational efficiency.
Develop and maintain data quality dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and reports to monitor data health.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, IT, and Business teams to improve Material Master data quality.
Maintain and support Material Master data, including Material, BOM, and Inventory master data domains.
Document data standards, SOPs, business rules, and knowledge base articles.
Support enterprise data governance and Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives.
Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance data quality and operational performance.
Assist with issue resolution, audits, and data governance compliance activities.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor''s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 8+ years of experience in Data Quality, Data Management, Master Data, or Supply Chain Analytics.
Strong hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis and validation.
Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate, Python, RPA, or ETL.
Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes and Material Master Data.
Experience working with Material, BOM, Inventory, and related master data domains.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Governance concepts.
Experience with Power BI or other reporting/BI tools.
Lean Six Sigma certification or knowledge.
Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry.
