The Role

• Engage with business owners and families within an assigned territory to educate them on essential supplemental insurance products.
• Utilize a proven 10-step sales process, enhanced by AI coaching, to guide prospects from initial contact to closing.
• Build and maintain a strong book of business through consistent sales performance and client relationship management.
• Collaborate with a supportive team environment, sharing best practices and celebrating successes.
• Focus on sales and client interactions, as marketing, lead generation, and customer service are handled by the back office.

What You'll Need

• A strong work ethic and a desire to control your income potential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
• A willingness to learn and follow a structured, proven sales system.
• Comfortable with travel within a designated territory Monday through Thursday.
• Must be 18 years or older.
